Hello from the land of the lost!
Yes we are alive no H1n1 or major disaster! Just laziness, oh and a bit of morning sickness! Yep we are expecting! Yea!!!! Some time in early May!! Now if the yuck would pass everything would be great!
So things really are going well we enjoyed the summer and we are now have a fun time with fall! Kyle started back to school, a big first grader! He loves it! But I will say that he, the 2nd week of school and the swing set are not a good combo! I was inside when I heard the Cry and I thought oh no... but it stopped. I was glad for this confirmation that things were OK when it started again louder and worse! I ran outside to See blood running down his face! Ahh! What did you do!he just cried we went in side to clean him up and being early pregnant the smell was overwhelming! I am gagging trying to help him and finally we got things calmed down! when I asked him what he was dong he said I was trying to swing by my teeth you know like Indiana Jones? (I do not remember that part of the show, oh wait he has never seen them!!) I asked him to explain. To the best of my knowledge, One of our swings is broke and the chain is hanging he sat on the cross bar put the chain in his mouth and jumped off! Well the 2 teeth that came out were not permanent but one wasn't even loose. I guess that is a great way to do the job!
Next year the swing set is closed the first month of school!
Tyler is great a little lonely with Kyle being in school but learning to adjust! That about does it for us hope you are all happy and well! Hope to hear form you soon! ~The Pasketts

A testimony sprout!
Sorry about the delay! I never feel like any thing is new but this is a great mile stone for Kyle!
The other night as we read The 3 Little Pigs, the mother tells them it's time for them to go on there way and have their own houses etc. Kyle stopped me and asked why their Mom said they had to leave! I stared telling him that the pigs were getting older and, and them the tears started! Kyle with tears running down his face says I don't wanna leave you and Dad! Oh kyle hugging this little guy! I said you can't say that one day you will have a family and want a home for them and you! and you won't be far from Mom and Dad and besides that, Heavenly Father set up families so that no matter where we are, our family can be forever! And then I saw it, the most beautiful and touching light went on in his eyes! He got it! He in that moment understood that Families are Eternal! I am so thankful for that moment in his life, and that I was there to see the spirit talk to his heart! He did ask if Tyler could live with him, but we will work that out later!

I do have to say that this year I was ready for things to get back to normal... or so I thought! We have been sick and now the flu is here for a visit! The house is going under quarantine and the Lysol is coming out! maybe by next Christmas we will be well!
